An apartment with a separate bedroom, located on the ground floor in a residential area. This accommodation is located only 200 meters from the La Belle-Etoile Shopping Center, in a quiet neighborhood. It is available for stays of at least one month and can accommodate up to two people.

The accommodation is equipped with: a double bed (160/200 cm), a dining area with a table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, pots, cutlery, stove, conventional oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher), washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Ample storage space, a sink, and separate toilets.

The properties also offer free wireless and wired internet, as well as two televisions.

\*The rate includes all taxes and a weekly cleaning service. Bed linens, towels, and dishcloths are provided and changed weekly.

Parking spaces can be reserved upon request and subject to availability (250€/month indoors or 125€/month outdoors). On-street parking, chargeable and limited to 2 hours.
