## Opening hours:

Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 7AM to 7.30PM.

On Saturday and Sunday, the reception is open from 9AM to 12AM.

On holidays, the reception is closed.

## Check-in/Check-out:

Usually the room is ready for you at 2PM. In case you arrive outside the reception's opening hours, check-ins are possible only on a previously fixed appointment.

On the day of your departure, check-out is at 11AM.

## Payment:

We accept payments in cash, bank transfers as well as credit and debit cards (Maestro, VPay, Bancomat, Visa and Mastercard).

A valid credit card will be asked to guarantee your reservation.

## Pets:

We do not accept animals at the hotel.
